John’s superpowers are seeing connections and empathetic leadership. Hornsby is known for applying strategy-driven design to branded experiences for purpose-driven businesses ranging from solopreneurs to Fortune 500 companies like Kimberly Clark. 

In 2020 when everything went virtual, he and his wife Anila Launched Connection Kits, a service to discover, design, and deliver branded event toolkits so that hosts could drive engagement while increasing enrollment, fulfillment, and retention.
